Mask Mandates a Violation of Nuremberg Code "INFORMED CONSENT"

Professor Sherry Brown charges Burmingham Michigan school board with unlawfully prescribing masks as a medical device without a medical license or providing informed consent as required by the Nuremberg code.

Professor Brown is armed with 46 peer reviewed studies that conclude masks do not prevent the spread of viruses and another 26 NIH studies demonstrating that long-term mask wearing can have negative effects and consequences on the wearer. 

Professor Brown also cites section 1307-b of the school code that prohibits school personnel from applying restraints that negatively impact breathing.
