Why the New Green Deal would end international shipping and navies

I trace a brief history of the old wooden sailing vessels and how they depended on the wind for propulsion, when it blew of course. Then along came the steam engine which changed everything. Now the green weenies of the Green New Deal want to eliminate petroleum. Every modern commercial and military ship depends on oil and there is no substitute. Nuclear powered ships also depend on it for things like backup generators and aircraft. Footage shot at the Genesee Country Museum at their 2021 Fiddler's fair and making music weekend.
