Customer Can't Stop Touching Bread

Info from Licensor: "While shopping at Vons grocery store, we were walking through the produce, and my wife noticed this woman picking up packages of the fresh baked french bread. She was opening them and pulling them out of the sleeves, squeezing and inspecting each one and then putting them back in the bag and placing back on the shelf. My wife was telling her excuse me and was being ignored, so instead of causing a scene, I told her to wait here, and I will go get the manager. When I returned, my wife had begun filming the woman. As the woman finally made her final bread choice, my wife confronted her, as seen in the video. We waited a few minutes, and no employee showed up, so my wife took the video to the front and talked to a manager, and pointed out the woman in line. The manager seemed mad but did not confront the woman. He simply called the Bakery dept and asked them to remove the bread."
