The Bread of Life Discourse from John 6: Jesus gives us Himself in the Eucharist

Jesus teaches us about the Eucharist in John 6. When we come to the Mass, we celebrate this unique Blessed Sacrament by which Jesus becomes present at every moment of human history and in every part of the world where it is celebrated. The Gospel reading for the 21st Sunday of Ordinary Time concluded the sequence of readings from this 6th chapter of John's Gospel.
