Today I take a look at the recent conviction by a Court Martial of Bdr Chelsea Cogswell on charges of administering noxious substance for feeding cannabis cupcakes to unknowing fellow soldiers at a live fire exercise. This is a perfect example of why you don't talk to police as I explain.
