What no one is talking about is drugs, heroin and now amphetamines. Afghanistan supplies all of Europe and much of Asia. It has done so for centuries. It is also central for the British Great Game in Eurasia. Just look at a map. As significantly, it is rich in unmined critical resources. Internally, the country is a bunch of corrupt war lords recruited and bribed by the intelligence agencies of various countries sitting on top of the population.

Our presence was the grandest delusion. This defeat must be used to go after Biden, the Cheneys and all that imperial Washington imagines itself to be.
