A legal argument AGAINST Covid shot (Exclusion criteria) - Jarrin Jackson

In summary:

Standard procedure for clinical studies is to have two general categories of subjects: included & excluded.

Included are folks that the study studies.

Excluded are the folks that the study does NOT study.

The same is true for the FDA "approved" Covid-shot (Pfizer as of 8/23/2021).

The FDA admits that they did not study the shot's effects on people in the excluded group - because they were excluded from the research.

Whereas this would normally be a non-issue, this shot is being tied to people's livelihoods, liberties, & protection - so this shot is anything BUT normal.

So, the thinking in this video goes, is that because the FDA did not study the shot's effects on ANY of the excluded group, then it is to the advantage of anyone not wanting to take the shot to verify that they belong to one of the many excluded groups in the excluded groups list.

By doing this, the person (now belonging to an identified excluded group) can legally, medically, & scientifically state that because they are in an excluded group, the FDA's clinical study does NOT have medical relevance and/or the shot is not efficacious for them because they belong to a group that was not studied.

The FDA didn't study everything in their clinical trials.

Use their incomplete science to argue the shot doesn't have data to support you taking it; and then seek legal counsel to protect you if/when people discriminate against you medically for a reason that the medical community (the FDA in these clinical trials) itself admits to not having data for that would support the safety of taking the shot.
