Governor Pritzker is using Covid relief money to pay for infrastructure which will lighten the load for local communities to help with their localized debts. With that he believes property taxes can be lowered. But the governor apparently doesn't understand the systemic problem of out of control pension liabilities. Things can only get worse if pension reform measures are not made...
