CNBC news anchor "hisses"(reptilian) at a guest. Then try to correct himself.

Joe Kernen (Joseph Richard Kernen) is a CNBC news anchor and co-host of “Squawk Box”. In this clip, he hisses at a guest. Notice how after he hisses, he tries to act “normal” (like a human) and “fix” himself (in an attempt, to regain his composure)? He’s probably a “drone” (parasited host of a Vril lizard), as they sometimes do this (i.e. hiss). Drones mimic human behavior but he “lost it” temporarily.
