Perfectly camouflaged strange insect with a tail like lizard | You know the name of this insect?

If there is now shadow you won't even notice that it is there. This insect is perfectly camouflaged for the walls and looks very strange I have never seen any insect like this before and couldn't find details of it on internet. You know what it is called?
