Bank of America Goes Woke: Implements 21-day racial reeducation program for employees

On their website, Bank of America’s credo is, “We strive to be a bank for everyone.....”
Except for those who don’t believe America is inherently racist and those who don’t buy into Critical Race Theory.
Bank of America has now implemented a 21-day racial reeducation program for its employees based on Critical Race Theory
As documents leaked by a whistleblower to investigative journalist Christopher Rufo reveal, highlights from the program include:
“The U.S. is a system of white supremacy.”
“White employees must decolonize their minds and cede power to people of color.”
“‘All whites, regardless of one’s socioeconomic class, background or other disadvantages’ are ‘living with white skin privileges.’”
“White toddlers ‘develop racial biases by ages three to five’ and ‘should be actively taught to recognize and reject the ‘smog’ of white privilege.”
“Employees should become ‘woke at work.’”
Bank of America thinks its white employees are racist, privileged and need to be "reeducated."
Imagine what they think of their white customers. It doesn't sound like a bank for everyone.
