DELICIOUS PANSIT BIHON

Ingredients:
chicken (any part and cut in bite size)
chicken liver
shrimp
pansit bihon noodles / vermicelli
cabbage
vegetable pears
carrots
lettuce
parsley
bell pepper
green onion
garlic
onion
pepper
cooking oil
water
soy sauce
fish sauce

How to cook?
Heat the pan put little oil saute the onion, galic and all vegetables together. Just half cook. and set aside.
In the same pan put little bit of cooking oil wait until heat. Put garlic, onion, pepper and chicken mix until it's brown. Put water half in your pan. If your water not enough to cook the vermicelli you can add a little. Let it boil put your soy sauce, fish sauce the exact measurements is according to your taste and shrimp. Now put your vermicelli/pansit noodles mix well until no more water and put all the vegetables you set aside. Mix well and put the parsley and green union. And served. Enjoy!
