Is it Biblical for Christians To Do the Sun Salutation?

The Sun Salutation worships the Sun God, so no, Christians who know the bible do not do the "sun salutation." However Christians can do all the moves that yoga has taken for their purposes. We can do the lunges, forward bends and pushups, because that is universal movement and they do not belong solely to yoga.
