Topics practiced:

2:42 - Schedule tasks using at and cron
15:35 - Start and stop services and configure services to start automatically at boot
16:02 - Configure systems to boot into a specific target automatically
17:49 - Configure time service clients
25:02 - Install and update software packages from Red Hat Network, a remote repository, or from the local file system
35:30 - Work with package module streams
41:01 - Modify the system bootloader

Errata:
-For baseurl, I should've prepended file://
-For listing the kernel, yum list kernel *was* in fact what I was looking for. Also yum list installed kernel can be used.
