Death and Life

We have no idea how terrible sin is in our lives. We have no idea how sin causes death. We laugh at sin. We joke about sin. We don’t take I seriously. But sin has caused despair, hopelessness, grief, tragedy, horror, depression, sickness and finally death. How can we laugh at that? We don’t realize what power sin has over us. We must realize that sin kills. Speed kills they say….well we know that sin kills. It destroys everything it touches. Sin and death go hand in hand like love and marriage, Apple pie and baseball, Duke and the Devil. No wonder their called “Blue Devils” right? Sin and death, death and life. Life and death go together in that order. But death and life do not go together. Sin brought death but Jesus changed that to bring death and life
