Perfection

Our society always tells us to try and reach perfection. You can clearly see this through Hollywood, social media, what they show on TV and what kind of ADs are shown everywhere. In my humble opinion, this everlasting quest to reach perfection can only bring you misery and pain. Because you tell yourself subconsciously that you will be happy, but only when one aspect of your life reflects that perfection. Only when you become rich, only when you will find the 'perfect mate', only when you have enough likes on fb. All these unrealistic expectations brings you down mentally. Don't listen to society, listen to YOURSELF, and accept the way you are :) This will break some mental chains that were put on you subconsciously.
