Tim discusses Texas’s “heartbeat law” which goes into effect today, September 1, which protects babies in the womb at/after six weeks’ gestation. As important, he discusses the inaction on the part of SCOTUS to—at least temporarily—allow the abortion-restricting law to stand. This all takes place in the run up to the Court’s autumn-docketed ruling on a Mississippi law against Roe—and could give some indication of where it stands thereon
