Old Beans Don't Cook Well - How to Make 10 Year Old Rice and Old Beans SUCCESS

Wife wanted to throw out old beans because she couldn't cook them as she wanted. She's a great cook. I thought that if I were to grind these old beans and cook them with our old rice, they should be just fine. SUCCESS! It works better than expected! Now I won't have to put up with old beans that are hard or chewy after they have been soaked for a day or cooked for hours.
There is usefulness for your old beans! Don't throw them out!
