For this challenge I had to work wit te driver to take it the distance. Yes Court! I took it to the trial and as an expert witness I got the violation dismissed.

If you win it in court they must remove it from the Inspection. We it stays on but the Out-of-Service and Violation scoring was taken off.

We enforcement os wrong you must challenge!

Challenging a roadside inspection violations for a commercial motor vehicle is extremely difficult. Winning these is a true feat! If you win a violation challenge you have truly accomplished something. Because the states (ALL OF THEM) don't like to overturn a documented violation.
