Filling in for a Leader

Episode 1 Taken from a principle in Luke 16:10, before having your own ministry you must be faithful in another man’s. Using my own experience I cover the do’s & don'ts of filling in when asked to do so. This can be preaching a sermon at church, covering a Sunday school class, or heading up the troops when the ministry director takes a vacation. Being humble and obedient, following any directions will give you a good reference and more opportunities in the future. Everyone I know in leadership served under someone else in the past.
