Chris Chamberlin is a very interesting functional fitness trainer from the famous Weck Method brand (see my interview with David Weck for more). His Instagram - Savage Protocols - is one of the most interesting places to go if you have a desire to be agile, strong, and elastic.

Chris is the real deal regarding proper (FUNCTIONAL) movement and a great guy to talk with, kind and down-to-earth. In this clip, he corrects my somehow fixed mindset and shares his views on how to motivate your clients as a personal trainer.
