⚡️Severe FLASH FLOODING decimates the Spanish municipality of Alcanar (Watch!)

Extreme torrential rain has devastated the region in eastern Spain with footage showing vehicles washed away with roads and pavements completely submerged as the rampant deluge of water swept all in its path.

Some 77 liters of rain fell in just 30 minutes in Alcanar on Wednesday.
