Failed My Own Home Inspection, But She Was Ready For What I Found! Water Heater Leak

Our buyers did their own home inspection. They were super nice but when I went back over the buyers inspection of the water heater I was stunned what I found.

We were with out hot water for three days, but my lovely wife was totally ready and we did not go with out showers. She had bought a shower bag and shower tent that we broke out so we did not have to take cold showers, or just go stinky. She truly is a blessing!
