DOJ makes ruling on Arm Braces...... Again!!!!!!!

The Department of Justice, via the ATF, has once again flip flopped on it's ruling on Arm (stabilizing) braces. This move is obviously a political one being spurred by President Biden. It allows for items to be reclassified and placed under the registration requirements of the NFA (National Firearms Act). This will leave a void in the "other" market and open the door for states to manipulate the ATF's ruling to include any item that uses Arm Braces..
