In the time of the Antichrist, he will demand you to receive his mark (the mark of the beast). If you do receive it, you won't be able to get saved (Revelation 14). The mark of the beast is connected to worship, how that will look like is unknown, but we can understand somewhat because it seems that to receive the 666, you will have to give your allegiance to him. That could be the worship part.
