Woman’s dismembered, burnt body found in bin

Police have taken in a 30-year-old for questioning over the charred remains of a woman discovered in Mbekweni at the weekend.
The remains believed to be of Siphokazi Booi who was last seen on Friday at her boyfriends house were found near the railway line at about 3pm on Sunday.
Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi said a murder case was under investigation.
"Upon arrival at the scene they found the body of an unknown person that was burned beyond recognition."
