I start with Kim Iversen also posing this question, but as always founded on a false worldview, and then move on to Cultural Neocon Sam Harris, who gives us an anti-withdrawal take that includes an unexpected gem, a preemptive "anti-Jain" attack on the right and left extremes who are really the homes of anti-war and anti-neoconservatism in the US.
