While the Pentagon claims it struck a car carrying Islamic State explosives, and that secondary blasts caused the civilian deaths, victims' family members are disputing that version of events. Kyle and Will explain that this is not the first time the US military blamed "secondary explosions" for non-combatant casualties in American strikes.
