Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls
1 cup warm milk 🥛
1 egg 🥚
2 1/4 Tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup softened butter 🧈
Stir
3 1/4 cup AP flour
1 Tsp salt 🧂
Stir together
Let it rise for an hour
Cinnamon Spread
3/4 cup (or 1 1/2 half sticks) butter 🧈
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Roll out the dough
Spread the cinnamon spread inside
Roll it up and make the rolls
9x13 pan
Let them rise for about an hour
350* for 20 - 23 minutes
Glaze
1 pound of powered sugar
2 - 3 Tbsp of milk 🥛
1 8oz of cream cheese
Enjoy
