Report EXPOSES NIH funded Gain of Function in Wuhan; Leaked emails reveal State Dept BLOCKED rescues

Intercept has obtained over 900 pages of documents detailing the U.S. funded research on coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The publication acquired the materials through an FOIA request against the National Institutes of Health, the NIH. The Intercept is in the process of making the documents available to the public.

After the military completely pulled out from Afghanistan, private operations have been trying to evacuate Ameicans left at an airport in Mazar-i-Sharif. However, a leaked email shows the State Department obstructed their efforts to save Americans. Eric Montalvo was one of the organizers for the private rescue plan. He shared a Sept. 1st email with Fox News after his evacuation efforts were repeatedly hampered by the federal agency.
