Thursday's news headlines in a Liberty Minute. Today is day 542 of 15 days to spread fear and fascism.
The National Archive has put a "Harmful Content" warning on the US Constitution! Sure, the Constitution is harmful content if you are for big government, socialism, or a woke agenda.
The federal government will hit the debt ceiling limit within a few weeks, unless Congress votes themselves yet another credit line increase. With a national debt quickly approaching $30 Trillion, maybe it is time to stop over spending, but we all know that won't happen. Congress will pass yet another debt increase.
There is now a bill in the House that would require schools that receive federal funding to make the curriculum they use to teach students available to parents and the public. How is this not already the law?
Last week I reported that six planes of Americans and allies were being held hostage in Afghanistan. I was wrong. They are not Taliban hostages, they are being detained by the US State Department. Our own government is blocking Americans from coming home from a hostile country and giving the list of people onboard to the Taliban. That may be the most disgraceful thing I've ever witnessed.
