Dangerous cyclist, that's why I don't trust them

As I come up behind a cyclist she started to wave me on, I never take any notice of any cyclist waving, and this is why. She would have put me straight into oncoming vehicles.
Stay safe out there and always ignore any cyclist that tries to wave you on, you don't know if you can trust them, always make sure you can see far enough ahead to safely pass.
As I passed she shouted out at me, that if I had gone fast enough I could have made it. unfortunately I was in a pick up at a virtual standstill on a hill, and not a race car.
