No matter if you meditate in the morning or night, no matter what your think about during the day you must take time to be with yourself and be I. The present moment.
Thinking about the past or the future causes suffering. Not being in the present moment can be hard but as you focus on the now the less you worry about what has happen and less you let your mind wonder to think about the future.
You will start making plans for the future in the present month meant and will not allow yourself to get off track many times during your day
