Hold the light. Don’t fight the darkness

The body therapist I work with, the brilliant Samantha Maria Hanes, said this during a video conference on Wednesday. We must be strong and resolute in holding the light but lashing out at others to fight the darkness is a losing battle. Communication is breaking down debate and discussion seem to be off the table right now. Let’s bring this back to a time when we communicate effectively both sides.
