Dashcam Captures High Speed Chase & Fight With DUI Suspect

An Indian River Sheriff's deputy chased a DUI suspect doing over 100 miles per hour, and the wild pursuit was caught on dash-cam video. The dash cam video shows the suspect, Robert Rogers, walking towards the deputies putting his hand in his pants as if he is pulling out a gun. The deputy saw that the suspect put his hand pointed like a gun and made a quick decision not to fire.
