When were patents filed for Covid-19?

1. Search for pubchem.com and get to https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
2. Click covid-19 under search bar
3. Click Patents
4. Scroll down and see when the patent was filed by Mr Rothschild - 2015???

What does this mean? Did someone plan all this? You decide...
