Jeffrey’s Lullaby

I have contacted a couple people from pablum trying to get permission to post this song bc this is the song that I sang to my children putting them to sleep. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone that’s knows anything about this song or the free CD with the rest of the songs I got in the pablum box in 1990.
