Arwen's First Month <3

After quite a few scares with Arwen's heart rate dropping 3x, she was delivered safe & sound. We didn't know yet that Arwen had Mosaic Down Syndrome as well as 3 holes in her heart...
Despite her tiredness, she was ready from Day 1 to gift the world with her contagious smile.
