Tropical Storm Nicholas Threatens to Become HURRICANE as it Closes in on Texas!
Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Miami have issued hurricane watch warnings for parts of the Texas coastline.
Nicholas is expected to hit on Monday evening with the added risk of flash flooding. High-water rescue vehicles were deployed throughout Houston and barricades erected at more than 40 locations according to Mayor Sylvester Turner.
