A lot of these "terrorist" attacks outside the middle East appear to be fake. This was another. Why do they do this? Probably many reasons. Sometimes to try and force politicians to accept legislation taking away our rights and freedoms but a lot of it seems to try and create fear. They want everyone to be afraid all the time.
