The Japanese government says a torrent of up to 100 feet (30 meters) could hit the country's upper east on account of a gigantic seismic tremor. An administration report predicts that if a greatness 9 level seismic tremor happens in the Kuril or Japan channels off the shore of Hokkaido to the Tohoku district, it very well may be crushing for some spaces in northeastern Japan.
