Scream 5 | Should We See How Billy & Stu Killed Sidney's Mom?

Sidney Prescott's mother Maureen was at the center of the original Ghostface killing sprees. A scene showing how Billy & Stu killed her could have been useful in Scream 3 since it was planned as the final chapter. However, does a scene like that have any room in Scream 5 if the importance is shifting away from Maureen?
