Flooded Point Access Update

A week after Ida, Raystown had to continue to release a ton of water. The first part of the video is at the Point Access at the Juniata river. As opposed to my first video, the water was down about a foot and a half but it was running opposite of the normal flow. The second part of the video is at the Raystown lake spillway. The final video is from the lake itself, across from the marina.
