Man conducts a 5A audit during a zoom court hearing..

Garth G, of Idaho, who is a supporter of Ammon Bundy, states he has conducted a 5A audit during his last zoom court hearing in Ada County, Idaho. He states that the Judge has failed that audit. Yet, he never informed the court of such an audit, nor ever actually spoke the words that he was claiming the 5th. How would the court know what he was doing, claiming or stating during the hearing?
