School Board Members Try To Justify Violating Florida Sunshine Law

Flagler County School Board Members violated Florida sunshine laws at the August 17th board meeting by kicking the public out of the public board meeting and shutting down the live feed. The school board attorney that is not the parliamentarian in her contract with the board illegally adjourned the meeting over a lie that she heard people talking after telling attendees from the community that that couldn’t clap. The community members in attendance were complying at the time that she illegally adjourned the meeting. One 21+ year veteran to the school board without a child in the school district claimed she felt “unsafe” because of the community’s presence. This same socialist far leftist tried to push through illegal mask mandates without any opt out for school and bus violating Ron DeSantis’s EO 21-175. The school board attorney did tell her that this was illegal. This power hungry leftist said well my motion stands they can vote it down, which the board did.
