This video initially published by me on a FaceBook livestream on the morning of May 30th, 2020, led to over a year of unjust and Unconstitutional monitoring of my content and activity by my former employer.
Sheriff Kevin Torgerson and Chief Deputy Brian Howard, Director of Detention Services, used this video and the subsequent conversation that was had with me about the content, to later justify a disciplinary step notice and internal investigation of me.
