Praying over the 9/11 Memorial on 9/11

In part, because terrorists were inspired by the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan, Joyce and I prayed over the 9/11 Memorial on 9/11. We know many other groups were praying as well, and we're overjoyed that there were no terrorist attacks since then.
