General James Mattoon Milley: "China Is Not An Enemy"

As you can see, General Mark Milley clearly declared that "China is not an enemy." In fact, since Milley considered President Trump to be more of an enemy than China is it any wonder that his TDS caused him to alert China about how he was acting to undermine his Commander-In-Chief?
