Michael Badnarik was the 2004 Libertarian candidate for US President. He is one of the foremost constitutional scholars I know. I attended his full day class when it was still being offered.

Badnarik's course is based on his book, 𝐼𝑡'𝑠 𝐺𝑜𝑜𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝐵𝑒 𝐾𝑖𝑛𝑔, explaining that the Constitution allows every individual to be sovereign in his own right. During his course Badnarik explains the difference between human rights and property rights.
