Blackened Black Grouper (Locally Caught) & Asparagus- 4K

This was purchased from Circle C farms a local farm where everything is raised organically and free range. They also get their seafood from local fishermen. I believe I paid $20 for this giant piece of fish that is one of the large cast-iron skillet’s not the smaller one. I purchased a lot of food from there and so far everything has been fantastic. I smoked some chicken from there last night and it’s the best smoked chicken I ever had and I only brined it for four hours!
